Guided trekking on the Pradi Loop, one of the routes that make up the Ethnographic Trail of Vanoi. The thematic loop winds through ancient paths, meadows, and woods, allowing you to discover a way of life based on the need to move from the valley floor to the “pradi” at mid-altitude, following nature and the seasons. Accompanied by a guide, you will visit casère and tabiàdi, buildings inhabited by families from the village during the spring-summer period to manage hay storage, cheese production, and more. The activity includes an exclusive experience: a visit to the village of Masi de Tognola, an example of traditional mid-altitude settlement that has retained its original form, becoming a true open-air museum. The tour continues with a visit to the functioning Siega de Valzanca, a historic Venetian sawmill recently renovated. The experience will conclude with a tasty snack at the Osteria alla Siéga, featuring tastings of local typical products.
Technical characteristics of the route: 3.5 km in length, about 250 m of total elevation gain,
2 hours of overall walking. The trekking involves mountain paths that are not accessible by strollers (not even those with 3 wheels), children can only be transported with a suitable backpack if they do not walk independently.
