Discover a guided excursion in the Valle di Primiero that takes you to the heart of alpine tradition: Malga Pala, above San Martino di Castrozza, among the pastures and woods of the Dolomites. The route leads to a genuine mountain malga, where you can closely experience life in the alpine pasture: cows grazing, cowbells, milking, and the tales of herdsmen who safeguard ancient knowledge. An authentic experience to learn about high-altitude work and the production of milk and cheese from the area. After the visit, it is possible to stop and taste typical dishes of Trentino tradition, immersed in a unique alpine landscape. The malga is located near the arrival of the Colverde cable car; if there is a participant not used to walking, they can comfortably ride the lift for up to 100 meters from the malga and then easily reach it for the educational activity.
Attention: to participate in the malga experience, a fee is required to be paid directly to the structure. The cost is €9 for adults and €6 for children and includes the activity dedicated to discovering milking and cheese production, with a final tasting of some typical products from the malga.
