Clothing: technical-sports clothing is recommended, long pants, trekking shoes, light hat/headband, wind/rain jacket.
Suitable for: adults and children/teenagers aged 6 and over. Participation with strollers and/or baby carriers is not allowed.
Difficulty: easy. Not suitable for those who suffer from vertigo.
