Evening Program:
- 8:00 PM: introduction to Sake with Hoshitaro Brewery Sake. Master Hoshitaro, founder of the first Italian sake laboratory run by a Japanese person, will guide you in discovering the ancient art of sake: organic ingredients, pure water from the Dolomites, Japanese philosophy, and production techniques.
- From 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM: tasting of Sake and a small Japanese Dinner. You will be able to savor three carefully selected types of sake and two authentic Japanese dishes prepared by a Japanese chef.
