The Enaip Center opens its doors to the public with a special appointment dedicated to boys and girls who wish to discover the world of hotel vocational training.
The Open Day will take place at Palazzo Scopoli, offering participants the opportunity to get to know the school, its surroundings, and the activities that characterize the training courses.
During the day, the boys and girls will be able to visit the kitchen, pastry, dining room, and bar laboratories, discover the spaces where practical activities take place, and learn about the skills they can acquire in various areas of catering and hospitality.
