The techniques adopted by scammers, as insidious and imaginative as they may be, often follow recurring patterns: knowing them is the first and essential step to defend oneself. With this goal, the initiative "Watch out for scams! Let's learn to defend ourselves," is promoted by the Municipality of Canal San Bovo in close collaboration with the local Carabinieri Station.
The campaign will unfold through a series of informative evenings broadcast across the territory and directed towards the different fractions of the Valley. The meetings will be managed by Marshal Ilaria Allegretti, Commander of the Carabinieri Station of Canal San Bovo, who will explain to the citizens the most common strategies employed by wrongdoers to gain people's trust, highlighting warning signs and good practices to adopt immediately to protect themselves.
