The Siror Christmas Market , the oldest Christmas market in Trentino, is traditionally preparing to transform the ancient village of Primiero into a romantic Christkindlmarkt .
The characteristic wooden houses , the ancient barns , and the stables of the historic center will turn into picturesque shops where you can find original Christmas gifts : decorations, nativity scenes, handmade products, and numerous tasty options, sweet and savory, such as the typical brazedel di Siror , Trentino zelten, cold cuts, honey, fritters, and many other delights.
Highly recommended is a tour of the village on the troika , a traditional horse-drawn sleigh, and a stop at the exhibition competition "My Christmas Tree" , where you can find ideas and inspirations for a unique tree and vote for the most original one.
During the Christmas Market, sculptors from all over Italy will participate in the traditional Symposium of Sculpture "Art Christmas" and will create, in front of the curious eyes of the public, small masterpieces in wood.
Given the proximity to the slopes of San Martino di Castrozza-Passo Rolle , which are only 13 kilometers away, visiting the Siror Christmas Market will become an excellent opportunity to end the first ski outings of the season on a high note.
