The Vanoi District Association Aps, in collaboration with the Agricultural Company L'orto Pendolo, organizes a baking workshop with Dorotea Corn.
The corn kernel has found its place in our Valley for centuries: we associate it with polenta, the scents of autumn, but underneath its rusticity, it hides shades of sweetness. Marina will guide us through a brand new experiment on the refined and sweet qualities of Dorotea Corn.
Cost: participation is free for members of the Vanoi District Association; for non-members, the cost is €10.00 (association membership).
