Ideas for an original home-made aperitif featuring specialties from Trentino, particularly Primiero.

Guided by Silvia Coletto, professional chef, food blogger of Dolci Mari e Monti, and expert in Trentino recipes, we will prepare various "spunciotti" snacks. A cooking class to host and surprise your guests during your summer dinners, where typical Trentino products and seasonal ingredients will take center stage. Each participant will have access to a dedicated workstation for creating their own recipes. 

At the end of the preparations, we will taste together the recipes made, with a final toast with a glass of Trentino sparkling wine. 

Cost: €50.00 per person - includes cooking class, tasting, and dedicated recipe book for the aperitif.
