Two days to taste canederli of all kinds, but also to participate in workshops to learn how to prepare them. There will be entertainment for adults and children, such as the animal farm and the horse-drawn carriage, the cheerful musical accompaniment of Tyrolean music, and lots of fun!
Over 20 proposals for canederli, savory or sweet, in broth or dry, with meat, cheese, or vegetables, vegan or gluten-free, served by local hotels with wines, beers, and Grappa from Trentino.
In addition to tasting canederli, you can learn how to prepare them with the workshop "How to Prepare Canederli?".
