A simple gesture with far-reaching effects: there are gestures that seem small at first glance. Adopting a forest sapling means becoming part of a project that will accompany the growth of the forest in the years to come. On the occasion of the Festa delle Brise e del Bosco, you will experience an immersive adventure in the nature of the Vanoi Valley and participate in the planting of a forest area together with the operators of the Provincial Forestry Corps of Trentino. The initiative will contribute to the restoration of a forest damaged by the effects of the Vaia Storm and subsequently by the action of the bark beetle.
How the experience takes place: after a brief introduction dedicated to the challenges currently facing our forests, participants will walk to the intervention site accompanied by the Provincial Forestry Corps. The walk is simple and takes about 15-20 minutes. Once arrived, each family unit will participate in the planting of their own forest sapling, experiencing firsthand a concrete activity in favor of the territory.
Adopt your sapling: participation requires the adoption of a forest sapling. The adoption requires a donation of €20.00, intended to support the costs of the project. After making the donation, it will be possible to register for the event and participate in the planting day. The registration link will be available soon.
Recommended clothing: hiking boots or trekking shoes and clothing suitable for walking in the woods.
