Tribute to the Beatles

“Here Comes the Sun”: an exceptional trio reinterprets the Beatles in a Jazz style Taking its title from a beautiful song by George Harrison, “Here Comes the Sun,” the musical journey through the great Beatles repertoire is crafted by an exceptional trio made up of singer Daniela Spalletta, saxophonist and multi-instrumentalist Alfonso Deidda, and pianist Glauco Venier.

The common matrix is jazz, from which to embark on a 360-degree sonic exploration that enhances the uniqueness of the arrangements as well as the improvisational flair, the ability to create something out of nothing in real time by combining intuition, technique, imagination, and mutual listening. Setting the scene is the enchanting Villa Welsperg, built in 1853 near the homonymous pond, once the residence of the Counts Welsperg and later modernly renovated and equipped, since 1996 the site of the Paneveggio Pale di San Martino Natural Park, with its Visitor Center.

Daniela Spalletta: Voice
Alfonso Deidda: Reeds and flute
Glauco Venier: piano
