Homemade Cake Contest: participation is free and open to all cake enthusiasts made according to personal and/or traditional recipes. Each participant may enter with only one cake. Only homemade cakes that do not require refrigeration for preservation are allowed. Semi-cold cakes or ice cream cakes will not be admitted to the contest. Cakes must have a name, even a fictional one, which will be communicated along with the list of ingredients in the appropriate form completed at the time of registration. Purchased cakes, bakery cakes, or laboratory cakes are not allowed. Cakes must arrive at the gazebo in Piazza a Prade from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM on Sunday, October 26. The cakes will be evaluated by a special jury who will take into account in the overall judgment: aesthetic appearance, taste, originality, locality, and seasonality of the ingredients used.

After the award ceremony, everyone will be able to taste the cakes, plus chestnut festival and mulled wine. Lunch will be available at Pizzeria Alla Piazza da Teresa with pumpkin-based specialties. Creativity and color with face painting for kids and artisan markets in the square.
