We observe and learn about plants in their qualities, starting from their constitutive parts (leaves, fruits, roots, and flowers). We observe and recognize the four elements (water, fire, earth, and air) and how studying them leads us into vital processes. We observe and discover how the parts of the plant are associated with the four elements and how the balance of these four forces allows for the health and growth of the plant.
These observations can guide us in sowing and care practices, orienting us in the practical experience of choosing the sowing time, preparing the soil, and rotating crops. At the end, a beer or a herbal tea gathering.
