Festival of Brise and the Woods in the green Valley of Vanoi, three days dedicated to the forest and its products.
The event represents one of the must-attend occasions of late summer and will provide the opportunity to discover the "king of mushrooms" and other forest products, with traditional markets featuring typical and artisanal goods, many food stands, and themed offerings from the restaurants in Vanoi. Dedicated to enthusiasts and the curious, there will be two excursions with experts to learn how to recognize Boletus Edulis.
Program
- In the morning: markets with stalls selling local typical products, artisanal and artistic crafts, and forest products.
- At 10.00 a.m.: and until the end of the event, the opening of the Mycological Exhibition at the Parish Oratory of Caoria.
- At 11.00 a.m.: parade through the streets of the village with the Folklore Group of Caldonazzo.
- At 12.00 p.m.: mushroom-based lunch at the ANA tent in Caoria.
- From 12.00 p.m. to 3.00 p.m.: children's entertainment with face painting and giant bubble shows.
- At 2.00 p.m.: award ceremony for the contest "The Heaviest Brisa"
- At 3.00 p.m.: performance by the Folklore Group of Caldonazzo at the Fest Area of Caoria.
- The afternoon will be enlivened by the music of Daniele.
During the days, it will be possible to visit the exhibition "Col bel no se magna" curated by the Paneveggio-Pale di San Martino Park Authority in collaboration with the Historical Museum Foundation of Trentino, the Primiero Community, and the Local Slow Food Conduction, at the former communal sawmill adjacent to the Festival Tent.
The "brise" must be submitted by 1.30 p.m. on September 20 at the mycological exhibition at the Parish Oratory
