Brise and Forest Festival in the green Vanoi Valley, three days dedicated to the forest and its products.
The event is one of the must-see appointments at the end of summer and will provide the opportunity to discover the "king of mushrooms" and other forest products, with traditional markets of typical and artisanal products, many food stands, and themed proposals from the restaurants of Vanoi. Dedicated to enthusiasts and curious individuals, two outings with experts to learn to recognize the Boletus Edulis.
Program
- 8:00 a.m.: guided outing with experts from the Costabissara Isola Vicentina Mycological Association and local forest rangers. Afterwards, there will be the possibility to stop for lunch at a farm or restaurant. Reservation required: Tel. +39 0439-719041.
Meeting Point at the ApT Office in Canal San Bovo - 10:00 a.m.: opening of the Fish Exhibition and the Exhibition of Traditional Local Nativity Scenes and from Various Countries of the World, at the Former Kindergarten of Caoria.
- 12:00 p.m.: lunch featuring mushrooms and local products at the restaurants of Vanoi Valley.
- 2:30 p.m.: activities for the restoration of forests damaged by Storm Vaia and bark beetle. Activities organized by the Trentino Forest Corps. "Goodness! Meeting Point at the Tent of Festivals in Caoria - 6:00 p.m.: inauguration and opening of the Mycological Exhibition at the Parish Oratory of Caoria
- 7:00 p.m.: opening of the food stand with local typical menu and mushrooms, followed by a musical evening with the Bergwald Harmonie Krainer Folk Band.
During the days, it will be possible to visit, at the Former Municipal Sawmill adjacent to the Tent of Festivals, the exhibition "Col bel no se magna" organized by the Paneveggio-Pale di San Martino Park Authority in collaboration with the Historical Museum Foundation of Trentino, the Community of Primiero, and the Local Slow Food Committee.
The "brise" must be submitted by 1:30 p.m. on September 20 at the mycological exhibition at the Parish Oratory
