A weekend to immerse yourself in the autumn magic of the Trentino Dolomites, rediscovering the genuine flavors of the territory and being enchanted by the intense colors of an autumn that knows no digital filters. A moment dedicated to the senses, to fully experience every nuance, every scent, and every taste.
A weekend wrapped in the warmth of autumn tones and the coziness of the hearth, an invitation to rediscover the authentic pleasure of autumn, foliage, and nature. All this will take place in the Vanoi Valley, the green heart of Trentino. A valley that boasts the highest number of trees in the area, where biodiversity is extraordinary and, in autumn, offers a breathtaking spectacle: an endless palette of golden shades that ignites landscapes and awakens the soul.
Program:
- Arrival Saturday afternoon at Eco-Baita Nature Worries Free
- Afternoon around 3:30/4:00 PM: naturalistic and mythological stories around the fire. Aldo Martina, writer, storyteller, and naturalist, will engage you in a pleasant event in front of the fireplace. If possible, you will also take a short walk around the cabin to look for animal tracks!
- Let's discover the animal world preparing for winter sleep. Who hibernates? Who doesn’t? How do animals live in nature during winter?
- Traditional Trentino dinner. Menu with a single dish. Beverages not included.
- Restorative sleep with the sounds of the Vanoi stream as an evening comfort!
- Sunday morning: rich breakfast with homemade, organic, and genuine products. Fragrant cakes freshly baked and much more!!
- 9:00 AM–12:00 PM: naturalistic excursion, the perfect moment to admire the foliage in our beautiful valley. Even on this occasion, you will discover many curiosities about the flourishing flora and fauna of the Vanoi Valley. Excursion suitable for everyone, including children.

The excursion will be simple and accessible to all. It will take place even in the event of light bad weather. Please bring suitable equipment for a mountain excursion and appropriate footwear. The excursion location is reachable by your own means.
