The princess Rosalina, older sister of Princess Peach and endowed with even greater power, is kidnapped by Bowser jr., the vengeful son of the arch-enemy of the Mushroom Kingdom. His aim is to create a weapon with the power to wipe out entire planets. But Mario and Luigi think differently and will rush to the princess's aid to thwart the deadly plan.
