In this second evening, dedicated to the lights of character, we will have the opportunity to analyze each individual enneatype in detail.
Your character is an opportunity to understand some defense mechanisms that we develop automatically and to express ourselves authentically and unequivocally. Through self-awareness, we can learn to transform our weaknesses into strengths and cultivate greater resilience.
In this process, empathy towards ourselves and others plays a fundamental role, as it allows us to accept our imperfections and those of others with understanding and kindness.
At the end, a convivial herbal tea will be offered.
