Sweet and savory Christmas edition breakfast: a cooking course dedicated to the beloved first meal of the day, in an irresistible version designed just for the holidays. We will prepare a breakfast rich in warm aromas, enveloping flavors, and spicy scents typical of Christmas, combining local products with recipes from Northern Europe and international ones.
Guided by Silvia Coletto, professional chef, food blogger, and expert in Trentino recipes, we will discover how to create delicious creations: from Christmas-themed cupcakes to soft brioche bread that smells of Christmas. Each participant will have a dedicated workstation for the preparation process.
At the end of the experience, we will taste the preparations together, pairing them with delicious drinks enriched with wintry spicy notes.
