Professional chef, food blogger, and expert in Trentino recipes, Silvia Coletto will guide us in the preparation of delicious dishes using many local ingredients and seasonal fruits and vegetables. Each participant will have a dedicated workstation for the preparations.
At the end of the experience, we will taste the preparations together, accompanied by fresh beverages with local syrups and juices.
