In the Park, every season offers incredible displays: that of autumn is the roar of the deer. With the arrival of the first chills, when the larches turn golden, the deer fall in love, and the valleys of the Park resonate with the powerful roars of the males. For a male deer, this is the most demanding time of the year. With deep roars, dances, and fierce confrontations, romantic rivals face off to win over the females.
The program includes a brief presentation that will allow us to become familiar with the deer and the roar. After the packed dinner, there will be an easy night hike in the woods, accompanied by the Park's wildlife experts, in search of the deer and listening to their roars. A thermal camera will also be used to observe these proud animals in complete darkness without disturbing them.
The activity ends at around 10.30 p.m.
Clothing and equipment: to fully enjoy the experience, it is recommended to bring a headlamp and wear hiking boots and suitable clothing to protect against the cold (windbreaker, gloves, hat, etc.)
Important to know: packed dinner is the responsibility of the participants. A brief transfer with personal cars is planned.
