In the Park, every season offers incredible spectacles: that of autumn is the roaring of the deer.

With the arrival of the first cold, when the larches turn golden, the deer fall in love and the valleys of the Park resonate with the powerful roars of the males.

For a male deer, this is the most demanding time of the year.

With deep roars, dances, and fierce battles, rival suitors face off to win over the females. The program includes a short presentation that will allow us to get familiar with the deer and the roaring.

Subsequently, there will be an easy night hike in the woods, accompanied by the wildlife experts of the Park, in search of the deer and listening to their roars. A thermal camera will also be used to observe these proud animals in the complete darkness without disturbing them.

The activity ends around 10:30 PM.

Participation fee: €15.00 | €10.00 for children aged 7 to 14 years accompanied (free for children up to 6 years, accompanied)

Info and registrations: advance reservation required (by 12:00 PM on the same day), click here

The fee will be reimbursed exclusively in case of adverse weather conditions (preventing the activity from taking place) or in case of cancellation by the organizer.

To make the most of the experience, it is recommended to bring a headlamp and wear suitable clothing to protect against the cold (hiking boots, windbreaker, gloves, hat..). Participants are to bring their own packed dinner.
