What makes the Paneveggio forest special? Why is the wood of its spruces so valuable? And who knows why they call it the "Forest of Violins"?
You will find answers to these and many other questions during an interesting walk and guided tour, where we will discover the legendary resonance spruce and its long journey from the forest to the musical instrument, meet the work of those who take care of this extraordinary natural heritage, and reflect on the recent changes that have drastically transformed the landscape around us.
A unique opportunity to visit the Park Visitor Center together, the fascinating xylotheque – a place where resonance wood is left to season – and the violin exhibition curated by the Paneveggio Forest Station.
A tour through nature, music, and ancient knowledge, where every tree has a story to tell.
