On May 4, 1976, two members of the mountaineering expedition of the Aquile di San Martino e Primiero reached the summit of the 7th eight-thousander on Earth, the "Dhaulagiri." A success, from every point of view, expectation, patience, direction, stubbornness, suffering, and capability are the components that made the conquest of the peak possible.
Now, it is right and necessary after 50 years to inform new generations of all that has been done for this mountaineering, cultural, and sporting success. The year 2026 marks the 50th anniversary of the summit's conquest, and for this reason, this memory will be brought to life through a slideshow evening, in which the expedition members will directly participate.
Admission by free and conscious donation. The proceeds will be donated to charity to associations that operate in Nepal.
