The Palio della Sloiza is a challenge between the eight villages of Primiero in the reenactment of one of the traditional agricultural activities of the past: the use of the “sloiza” as a means of transportation.
The teams will put strength and skill to the test: covering a stretch through the streets of the village with a “carga de fen”, “siegar el borel”, sounding the cowbells… After the various trials, the challenge ends with the arrival in Piazza San Marco, to “pestar su legne col manarin”.
