On the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the Knödelfest - Dumpling Festival, two days to taste dumplings of all kinds, but also to participate in workshops to learn how to prepare them. There will be entertainment for both adults and children, such as a petting zoo and a horse-drawn carriage, cheerful musical accompaniment with Tyrolean music, and lots of fun!
Over 20 offerings of dumplings, savory or sweet, in broth or dry, with meat, cheese, or vegetables, vegan or gluten-free, served by local hotels with wines, beers, and grappas from Trentino.
In addition to tasting dumplings, you can learn how to prepare them in the workshop "How to Make Dumplings?".
Don't miss the exciting challenge of the beer steins and the fun contests in the square for the election of Miss and Mister Dumpling!

Small artists, great masterpieces! Discover the magic of craftsmanship! You can color and assemble a fantastic keychain in traditional Knödelfest costume or a special wooden family postcard! A unique result that will amaze everyone! On both days from 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m., MTB instructors with the Ciclabilmente Project are happy to accompany you on a short and simple route around Imèr with Special bikes. A way to introduce everyone to special vehicles and inclusive mobility in an active and experiential way. - On Saturday and Sunday, itinerant carriages will transport visitors from the parking lots to the entrance of the Festival.
