We are located on Via Val di Roda, a central street in the village of San Martino di Castrozza, just 5 minutes on foot from the center (little church) and the bus/skibus stops. In a few minutes you can walk to the village services and the Tognola ski area.
The apartment is newly built and very spacious: it measures 160 square meters. It is composed of two areas: a living area and a sleeping area, and there is the possibility to park two cars in the garage and to store sporting equipment inside. In the living area there are: kitchen, large living room, bathroom with shower, room with double bed, storage; in the sleeping area, on the other hand, there are: room with double bed, two rooms with two single beds, bathroom with corner bathtub.

I would like to remind you that the price of the stay does not include the costs of hot water, electricity, gas, and heating. Cleaning is subject to a fee (€ 100) if not carried out by the tenant.
