Both cards allow you to use local public transport freely – saving you time, avoiding traffic and parking stress – and to enjoy free or discounted entry to nature park visitor centres, as well as to the main museums and castles throughout Trentino.
How to get them?
Both cards are included in your stay at no additional cost: the accommodation facility where you are staying will send you via email or SMS a code to activate your card directly from the Mio Trentino App before your arrival. If you book your holiday through sanmartino.com or visittrentino.info, you’ll receive the code immediately along with your booking confirmation. Don’t have a smartphone? Ask your accommodation for a printed version of the card at check-in. The benefits of the San Martino Guest Card and the Trentino Guest Card are extended to all adults included in the booking, as well as to children and teens under 18 accompanied by at least one adult.
What’s the difference between the two cards?
The San Martino Guest Card (local valley card), in addition to granting free use of public transport and free entry to the visitor centres of the Paneveggio–Pale di San Martino Nature Park and to the Ecomuseum of Vanoi, also offers additional discounts on selected local activities and access to exclusive services. To get it, simply book your stay in one of the partner accommodation facilities – those that contribute directly to the local tourism mobility system. If your accommodation is not among the participating ones, don’t worry! You will still receive the Trentino Guest Card with all its base services.
