11:00 AM: Holy Mass at the Church of Transacqua followed by the blessing of salt and agricultural machinery
12:30 PM: lunch at the heated marquee in the Church square with tripe, goulash, polenta, sauerkraut, and cheese
Following, estimation of the pez and porzel! The proceeds from the estimates will be donated to charity
