Program
- From 11:00 AM Holy Mass at the Church of Transacqua followed by the blessing of salt and agricultural machinery.
- 12:30 PM: lunch at the heated tent in the square by the church with traditional tripe, polenta, sausages, melted cheese, and beans, followed by the evaluation of the pine and the pig!
