Cooking class with Silvia Coletto: ideas for a homemade aperitif featuring specialties from Trentino and Tuscany.

A cooking class to welcome and delight your guests on New Year's Eve, but not only then, where typical Trentino products meet traditional Tuscan recipes, for an aperitif that will amaze. Silvia Coletto, professional cook, food blogger of Dolci Mari e Monti, and expert in Trentino recipes, will guide us in preparing some original and tasty finger foods.

Each participant will have a dedicated workstation for preparing the recipes. At the end of the experience, we will taste the dishes prepared together with a final toast featuring wines from Trentino and Tuscany.

Duration of the course: about 3 hours.

Cost: €55.00 per person - includes cooking class, tasting, final toast, and a recipe book dedicated to finger food.
