The GS Pavione Sports Group is organizing two alpine skiing races on the weekend of January 10 and 11, 2026 . Specifically, there will be a race for the Italian SPRINT Championships on January 10, 2026, and a MIXED RELAY race on January 11, 2026. The location of the races will be in San Martino di Castrozza at Valbonetta.
Competition is open to all categories, and athletes in good standing with FISI registration can participate.
SPRINT RACE: A short-duration race (about three minutes) that includes skating and booting sections, in addition to a descent on a marked course. Athletes compete in groups of six, with the first of each series advancing to the next round and the best six going to the finals. Total ascents and descents cover about 100 meters.
MIXED RELAY: a race in pairs where each participant completes a lap one after the other. Each lap lasts about 6-7 minutes and includes two short ascents and descents.

- Sprint: U16, U18, U20, and Elite, male and female
- Mixed Relay: U16, U18, U20, and Elite, male and female
Registrations: Registration must be completed online through the FISI portal within the deadlines set by current regulations. The payment of registration fees must be made via bank transfer payable to:

Registration fee: The registration fee includes participation in the race and a race package, which for each athlete or team, is as follows:
- Sprint: Elite €25.00 | U16, U18, U20 €20.00
- Mixed Relay Team: Elite €35.00 | U16, U18, U20 €30.00
Note: mixed-gender registration is valid for the Italian Championship and male-male registration is valid for the Coppa Italia.

Just a few meters from the race area, a large parking lot is available. A warming area will also be available. It is strictly forbidden to ascend the adjacent open ski slopes

The race direction also reserves the right to change the times and the race course in case of changes in weather conditions or exceptional circumstances, even during the event.
All competitors are required to know, consult, and adhere to the regulations and technical provisions of FISI, as well as the national and international ISMF regulations, and to follow the program of the event. Any complaints must be submitted exclusively in writing to the race direction, accompanied by a fee of €50.00, which will only be refunded in case the complaint is upheld.
