How to get here

In the heart of the UNESCO Dolomites, our valley opens like a jewel set among the mountains of Trentino. San Martino di Castrozza, Passo Rolle, Primiero and Vanoi await – an authentic place where nature, landscapes and tradition come together.

Getting here is easy: you can travel by car, train or bus and always find the best connection for your journey. Once here, you can move around easily using public transport and enjoy a carefree holiday surrounded by the beauty of the Dolomites.

From Padua
Take the A13 motorway (Bologna–Padua) and exit at Padova Sud or Padova Ovest. Continue along the SS47 Valsugana road towards Bassano/Trento until Cismon del Grappa, then follow the SS50bis towards Feltre/Belluno up to Arten. From there, take the SS50, which leads directly to Primiero, San Martino di Castrozza, and Passo Rolle. The total distance is about 130 km — note that the Padua–Cittadella stretch of the Valsugana road can be quite busy on weekdays.

From Vicenza 
Take the A4 motorway (Turin–Trieste) and then the A31 Valdastico, exiting at Pedemontana Veneta. Follow the signs to Bassano del Grappa and join the SS47 to Cismon del Grappa. Continue on the SS50bis to Arten, and then on the SS50 to reach our valleys comfortably. From Bassano to San Martino di Castrozza is approximately 70 km.

From Trento
Take the A22 motorway (Modena–Verona–Brenner) and exit at Trento Sud. Follow the SS47 Valsugana road to Cismon del Grappa, then continue on the SS50bis towards Arten and finally the SS50 to your destination. The journey covers about 110 km, mostly along a fast highway route.

From Bolzano
Take the A22 motorway (Modena–Verona–Brenner) and exit at Egna–Ora. Continue along the SS48 through the Val di Fiemme and Val di Fassa until Predazzo, where the SS50 leads you over Passo Rolle to San Martino di Castrozza and Primiero. It’s around 70 km of pure alpine beauty.

By Train and Bus

From Feltre
(FS railway line Padua–Belluno–Calalzo) you can easily reach Primiero in about 30 km and San Martino di Castrozza in 45 km. Just outside the train station, Trentino Trasporti buses depart regularly; tickets can be purchased at the station or directly on board.

From Trento
(FS railway line Verona–Brenner) it’s about 95 km to Primiero and 110 km to San Martino di Castrozza. You can take the train to Borgo Valsugana and continue by bus using a combined ticket, or — in certain seasons — take advantage of the direct bus service from the Trento coach station.

From Ora
(FS railway line Verona–Brenner) a weekday direct bus connects Ora with San Martino di Castrozza (70 km) and Primiero (85 km) via Passo Rolle. Alternatively, you can travel with the SAD company to Predazzo and then continue by Trentino Trasporti bus.

Long-Distance Bus Services
Direct long-distance lines are also available: the Brusutti company connects Venice with Fiera di Primiero and San Martino di Castrozza, while Autostradale offers a service from Milan to Predazzo, with easy connections by Trentino Trasporti bus to San Martino and Primiero.

From Venice
(approx. 95 km from Primiero and 110 km from San Martino di Castrozza) You can take the shuttle bus to Venezia Mestre and continue by train to Feltre, where direct buses depart for the valley. Alternatively, a direct coach service operated by Brusutti runs from Venice to Primiero and San Martino di Castrozza.

From Treviso
(70 km from Primiero, 85 km from San Martino) The options are the same: train to Feltre followed by a bus, or the convenient direct Brusutti coach.

From Verona
(155 km from Primiero, 170 km from San Martino) Take the train to Trento, then continue by train or bus connections to your destination.

From Milan 
(330 km from Primiero, 345 km from San Martino) The airports are linked to the city by shuttle buses. From Milan, you can take a train to Feltre or Trento followed by a bus, or choose a direct coach operated by Zani or Trentino Trasporti.

And if you prefer complete freedom, car rental services are available at all airports — the perfect way to enjoy stunning mountain views even before you reach the valley.

Fly Ski Shuttle

Every Saturday and Sunday, and on selected special dates, you can take advantage of our transfer service connecting San Martino di Castrozza, Passo Rolle, Primiero and Vanoi directly to the airports of Venice, Verona, Treviso, Bergamo Orio al Serio, Milan Linate and Bolzano, as well as to the train stations of Milan Centrale and Trento.
