A Cooking Class dedicated to the holidays to learn not only how to cook delicious traditional dishes, but also to discover how to do it with a new awareness. We will demonstrate that a zero waste kitchen is not a kitchen of renunciations, but a kitchen of creativity, of respect for the ingredients, of authentic flavors that will surprise friends and relatives.

At the end of the lesson we will taste the recipes together with a final toast with a glass of Trentino wine.
