Pat “Ghetto Pat” and Perfidia “Beverly Hills” are two militants of the revolutionary group French 75. After a series of bombings, Perfidia is captured by Captain Lockjaw, who becomes infatuated with her and proposes that she betray her comrades in exchange for freedom: she accepts, leading to the downfall of the movement. Pat flees with his daughter Charlene, while Perfidia seeks refuge in Mexico. Sixteen years later, Pat lives under an alias with his daughter, who is unaware of the truth about her mother. Lockjaw, now a colonel and a member of a supremacist cult, discovers that Willa is his daughter and unleashes a hunt against her. After escapes and bloody confrontations, Willa survives and reunites with her father, while Lockjaw is killed by his own allies. The girl ultimately decides to carry on her parents' revolutionary legacy.
