Tognola Uno
One of the twelve most beautiful runs in the Dolomites! It unwinds for about three km through the Alpe Tognola woods, right in front of the Pale. The run, equipped with an artificial snow system, is rather wide and features a series of long bends and gradient changes; the final, steep stretch is a joy for all expert skiers.
Cima Tognola
A very satisfying run, with continuous changes in gradient, width and exposure to the sun. From Cima Tognola to Malga Tognola or even linking up to the TognolaTre, a drop of about a thousand metres right down to the village.
Direttissima
The second great black run in the Carosello delle Malghe (Mountain Hut Circuit): a dive from the 2,250 metres altitude of Punta Ces down to the town of San Martino di Castrozza. Its many changes in direction and marked steepness make this one of the most technical and difficult runs; in some of its steepest sections you can see the town below you, right between your skis.
Cristiania
A very technical and long run, with excellent snow even on hot days, thanks to its north facing aspect; it alternates very steep stretches to fast flat runs from Cima Tognola down to rustic Malga Valcigolera.
Colverde
The only San Martino run on the Pale mountainside: a wide track, exposed to the sun and of average difficulty, it is ideal for families with children or on bad weather days. The run is lit up by large luminous balls for evening skiing.
Paradiso
A vertical wall which appears impossible, seen from the chair-lift! Ideal to test the ability of expert skiers, who come easily down this splendid Passo Rolle run, often used for competitions. Don’t miss the view enjoyed from the terrace where you start off…
Castellazzo
Opposite one of the most photographed spots in the Dolomites, a nice run appreciated by all skiers, a record holder for having the longest period of opening in the Dolomiti Superski circuit (generally from mid November to the end of April).
Prà delle Nasse
The school area par excellence, right in the village: two easy double runs, with wide, gently sloping areas at the sides where you can learn to ski.
