The skipass is a personal document and cannot be transfered, changed or substituted. Withdrawn or deliberately damaged skipasses will neither be reimbursed nor replaced by new ones. The skier must use the uphill facilities only with the skipass in his possession for validation purposes. By request he has to show the skipass and make his own identification possible. Every misuse is subject to the with-drawal or the annulment of the document. This card is property of the Skipass Consortium. Skiers ski at their own risk. Purchasing the skipass the skier completely accepts the conditions of sale.
At the beginning and the end of the season (after 25/03/07) it is possible that some lifts could be closed and the skiable area could be limited.

Seasonal-skipasses and 12 days in the season: Acceptance of the seasonal skipasses and 12 days in the season is assured up to 25/03/07 (see also art. 11 of the general terms of sale). If snow conditions and the number of skiers justify the operation of lifts after that date, The seasonal skipasses and 12 days in the season will be accepted until 10/15.04.07 by the lifts in operation.
