On Thursdays in February (7.-14.-21.-28.)
Appetizing events where Trentino wine & food products are introduced in different appointments during the winter season.
In three afternoon/evening events, the following combinations are proposed: Trentino D.O.C. Marzemino Superiore wine is matched with Carne Salada;
red and generous Teroldego rotaliano finds Primiero ripe cheese;
the history of Trentino Grappa is combined with small fruits of Sant’Orsola.
