Dolomiti Ski Jazz - Franca Masu "Hoy como Ayer"

Franca Masu is already well-estsblished by virtue of her Mediterranean voice and rich tone emanating pathos.

For several years now she has also been applying herself to the sounds enamanating from distant countries such as Argentina with impressive naturalness. In 2004 she met the pianist, composer and arranger Oscar Del Barba and the accordionist Fausto Beccalossi.

For this happy encounter a trio merged with combines the artistic music forms of dance: tango, trough also milonga, valsa and calombe, wich share the same rythmic origin. The trio will perform old popular pieces as well as the most famous tangos by the Italo-Argentine composer Astor Pizzolla interpreted in a moder style.
