Walks in Primiero area - Zone 1

Itineraries around the villages of Fiera di Primiero - Transacqua - Tonadico - Siror

1. Primiero cycling path

Over 11 km along the course of the Cismon and Canali torrents, from Siror to Masi di Imer (see also map zone 2). Ideal for comfortable outings by bike or on foot.

2. Via Nova

Panoramic path at moderate altitude linking Pieve and Passo Gobbera (see also map zone 2); here is proposed a shorter itinerary.
Pieve - Via San Rocco - La Dena – Coming back through Molaren (2a) or the Strente road (2b).

3. Molarén panoramic road

Comfortable walk from Fiera to Mezzano on tarmac road with many opportunities for stopovers
Pieve - Viale Marconi - Molarén - Stala granda (fountain and benches) – Descent to Mezzano through Via Santa Fosca (3a) or carrying on through via Molarèn (3b).

4. Prati dei Navoi

Easy walk on tarmac road through the beautiful sunny meadows of Transacqua.
Isolabella - Via delle Fonti up to the “Giardini Enrica” gardens - Miravalle – Back to Transacqua through Via Navoi

5. Osne – Madonna del Sass Capital

Pictoresque path through the woods, it can be followed up to Mezzano (see also map zone 2)
From the “Giardini Enrica” gardens (see itinerary No 4) through the Osne meadows on unsurfaced road and then on pathways up to the frescoed capital. Continuing for a short while along the path, we can get to the cycling path along the torrent.

6. Segnarez - “Via Verda”

Route initially uphill in one of Transacqua most panoramic areas.
Transacqua church - Via Bersaglieri - Segnarèz – Descent to Ormanico on paved road (“Via Verda”) – back to Transacqua trough the Sentiero dei Cortisi.

7. Passeggiata “Troi de le caore”

Picturesque route along paths in the wood stretching between Ormanico and Transacqua.
Ormanico - Via Cava - Al Pra’ - old “calchera” (lime kiln) - Càneva – road to Caltena. Back to Transacqua through Bellavista (7a) or Via Caltena (7b).

8. Old San Giacomo and San Vittore churches

Easy walk through the meadows with final gentle climbing up to the panoramic Romanesque church on the hill.
Tressane - Albergo Al Prato – Small church of San Giacomo (16th century frescoes) - Prati della Campagna – Falzeni recreation area – Tonadico old town- Via S. Vittore up to the homonymous church on the hill.

9. Prati della Campagna

Easy walk, partly lit up at night, among meadows and hay-lofts of the Campagna between Siror and Tonadico.
Siror old town - Via Lazer – Prati della Campagna – Tonadico old town – Back to Siror through via Siror.

10. Siror plain

Comfortable walk from Siror along the banks of the Cismon torrent.
Siror old town - Via Caspeda – Pedestrian road “Mons. Stefano Fontana” – sports area – Piana white road - Bridge – Back to Siror from the opposite side.

11. Nolesca

Easy and comfortable walk to the characteristic centre of Nolesca.
Siror old town - Via Rivetta – crossing of the main road – pedestrian road to the torrent – pedestrian bridge – cycling path – pedestrian path to the Old Brewery.

12. Nolesca-Pieve

A quite long walk along a panoramic road between meadows and woods of Monte Bedolè.
Nolesca (see itinerary No. 11) – from the Brewery uphill path No 351 – tarmac road with many panoramic spots - La Busa – Descent to the Colaòr meadows and the homonymous little church - Pieve.


Walks in Primiero area - Zone 2

Itineraries around the villages of Mezzano - Imèr

1. Primiero cycling path

Over 11 km along the course of the Cismon and Canali torrents, from Siror to Masi di Imer (see also map zone 1). Ideal for comfortable outings by bike or on foot.

2. Via Nova

Panoramic path at moderate altitude linking Pieve and Passo Gobbera (see also map zone 1); here is proposed a partial itinerary, in different versions.
Imer church – Colladina – Via Nova in the direction of Mezzano – Crossing rio San Piero – Uphill stretch along the tarmac road to Camp – Continuing on pathway – Crossing rio Val de Stona - Capital – Continuing for Pieve.
Possible routes back to Mezzano through the Camp road (2a), the Strente (2b) or through Bagnan (2c).

3. Molarén panoramic road

Comfortable walk from Fiera to Mezzano on tarmac road with many opportunities for stopovers (see also map zone 1)
Mezzano old town – Via Santa Fosca (3a) or Via Molarén (3b) - Stala granda (fountain and benches) – Molarén – Pieve

4. Le Marine

Panoramic, average steepness route on paved and white road.
Mezzano old town – Via don Luigi Bonat – Via delle Scure – Via Marine – Rural road – Marine – Back through Via delle Scure.

5. Madonna del Sass (or dei Piai) Capital

Picturesque path in the wood (with a section requiring attention), which could be followed all the way to Transacqua (see also map zone 1).
Mezzano old town - Oltra - through meadows and woods along the path all the way up to the frescoed capital.

6. Le Giare

Walk on fairly level ground through meadows on minor tarmac and white roads.
Mezzano church – Via del Pian – Mezzano sports area – Road along the banks – Imer sports area – Back to Mezzano through the Giare road.

7. Cappuccetto Rosso (Little Red Riding Hood)

Walk on tarmac and a short section along a path in the wood (equipped path also used as training course).
Imer sports area – Bridge on the Cismon torrent – Capuccetto Rosso – Calavise camping site – Path in the wood – Pedestrian bridge on the Noana torrent – Casa Bianca (solarium on the pebbly torrent bank) – Back to Imer sports area.

8. Masi – Giani

Easy walk on a white road unwinding throughsunny meadows.
Imer sports area– road through meadows - Salezzoni – Slope up to the main road and immediate descent along a small road – just before a large cattle shed, turn round and go back towards Giani – crossing of the main road – pathway to the Masi hamlet – Back to Imer through Via Guselini.

9. Coladina – Pra’ della “cesa”

Route with a first uphill part on unsurfaced road, overlooking the village of Imer.
Imer church – Colladina – Frescoed old house in Pra’ della “Cesa” – Back to Imer on the Passo Gobbera tarmac road.

10. Madonna del Bus

Easy walk on different types of roads (tarmac, unsurfaced road and path).
Imer Tourist Office – Via Nazionale – Walk along Via di Sopra – Tarmac road to Passo Gobbera – Visit to the Grotto with Madonna del Bus capital – Little road along Rio Madonna – Via Scarena – Via Nazionale.
