PALA RONDA SOFT TREK
4 Days / 3 Nights Offer
Beautiful trekking from hut to hut through the Pala, including 3 nights in the huts with halfboard. 1 pass for the lift Colverde-Rosetta, 1 dvd with landscapes and routes, 1 ”trekking-gift” offered by the huts at the end of the tour, information material and hiking map. Offered at € 135.00/person.
1°Day: (San Martino di Castrozza – Rosetta Hut) – height difference: 1000 mt.
From San Martino along the path701 (3hrs) or the path 702 (4 hrs), to the Rosetta hut, situated on the eastern edge of the plateau at 2581mt. From the hut in 20 minutes of walk you can reach the Cima Rosetta (2743mt ). Overnight in Rosetta hut.
2°Day: (Rosetta Hut – Fradusta Glacier – Pradidali Hut) – height difference: 300mt.
From the Rosetta hut along the path 709 to the Fradusta glacier you reach the Pradidali basso Pass,from here on the left side you can reach the Fradusta peak (2939mt), in the heart of the Pala group. Then return to the Pradidali Pass where you can see the Pradidali hut at the end of the valley.Overnight in Pradidali hut
3°Day: (Pradidali Hut – Canali Treviso Hut) – height differnce: 1100mt down, 300mt up.
From the Pradidali hut along the path 709 in the Pradidali valley surrounded by the beautiful mountains you reach the “Malga Canali” and then in an hour walk to the Treviso hut along the path 707 through larch forest. Overnight in the Treviso hut.
4°Day: (Canali – Treviso Hut, Rosetta Hut, San Martino di Castrozza) – height difference: 1000mt.
From the Treviso hut onthe path 707 though the Canali Pass (3hrs) you reach the plateau and from here in 3 hrs the Rosetta hut again where you can catch the cableway back to San Martino.
PALARONDA HARD TREK
5 Days / 4 Nights Offer
This kind of trekking is dedicated to the people who love the “ via ferratas”. It gives you the possibility to visit all the group of the Pala from north to south. It’s a multi -day trips using the hutsto stay high up in the mountains. Offered at € 165.00/person.
1°Day: (San Martino di Castrozza – Pradidali Hut)
Arrival to San martino, cableway to Rosetta and from hier on the path 702/715 to Pradidali Hut. Dinner and overnight at Pradidali Hut.
2°Day: (Pradidali Hut – Velo della Madonna Hut)
From Pradidali Hut you have two possibilities. You can choose the via
ferrata porton and Velo (hrs 4/5) more difficult with a lot of pegs and
stemples, or the Nico Gusella which arrives to the Forcella Stephen
where you have the possibility to go on the top of Cima val di Roda ,
and continue then on the ferrata del Velo (hrs.5.00). Dinner and
overnight at the Velo della Madonna hut.
3°Day: (Velo della Madonna Hut – Canali – Treviso Hut)
On the “Cacciatore path” you go down in the Val Pradidali and from here on a very simple path you arrive at the Treviso hut.
4°Day: (Treviso Hut – Rosetta Hut)
5°Day: (Rosetta Hut – Ferrata Bolver Lugli – San Martino di Castrozza)
From Rosetta hut on the paths 701/712 you arrive at the beginning of the Via ferrata Bolver Lugli ,this route is one of the finest in the Dolomites, 500mt of wanderful via ferrata with good cables,good rock and great views. (you have the opportunity to climb Cima Vezzana the highest peakin the Pala Group of mountains 3192mt).Descent on path 716 towards Rosetta hut and up to the cable way Rosetta to return in San Martino.
