From the high mountain pastures to the valley floor, from the stars above to the stables below, following the Cheese Trail of the Dolomites.

You start on Friday at Passo Rolle with “Albe in Malga” (Dawn at the Farmhouse), a family event where both young and old can try their hand at being dairy farmers for a day, spending the night at the Malga Juribello farmstead. The fun continues the next day in the splendid Val Venegia, at the feet of the Pale di San Martino Dolomites, with walks, sensory itineraries, gymkhanas, workshops and, of course, tasty cuisine. The party continues in the center of San Martino di Castrozza with gastronomic specialties from the local Farmhouses. Finally, on Sunday, it’s possible to discover ancient recipes and dairy traditions, and maybe take advantage of a few moments of relaxation in the hamlet of Mezzano.
